Shaun Irwin has over 20 years’ experience as an estate agent working locally throughout his career. Formerly of a local established estate agent, where he worked in all six of their local branches before becoming branch manager of the New Eltham branch in 2001 at the age of 21. He was promoted to associate director in 2006 before founding Irwin Scott estate agents in 2009.

Paul started his career right here in the heart of New Eltham between 1995 and 2007 working locally for the majority of this period. After working for corporate and independent agents Paul decided to return to New Eltham joining forces with Shaun at Irwin Scott. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry providing clients old and new with good sound advice that’s second to none.

Carly has worked for independent and corporate estate agents for over 10 years within the South East London area and is delighted to be joining Shaun & Paul at Irwin Scott. Carly has worked many roles within the industry – from Sales & Lettings Negotiator to Senior Secretary & Property Management. Carly handles all the office administration and maintenance issues as well as being solely tasked for lettings.
