LETTING & MANAGEMENT - our full service for Landlords who do not wish to be involved in the day-to-day management of their rented property.

Fees

Letting Only: 8.4% INC VAT of the total rent payable up front.

'If the total rent payable is £12000 the fee payable up front would be £1008.00 INC VAT'

Letting & Management: 12% INC VAT monthly

'If the monthly rent was £1400.00, the fee would be £168.00 INC VAT'

Inventory and Condition Report £115.00 INC VAT

Professional Cleaning £165.00 INC VAT

Landlord Gas Safety Record £72.00 INC VAT

Tenancy Agreement £90.00 INC VAT
