Shaun Irwin has over 20 years’ experience as an estate agent working locally throughout his career. Formerly of a local established estate agent, where he worked in all six of their local branches before becoming branch manager of the New Eltham branch in 2001 at the age of 21. He was promoted to associate director in 2006 before founding Irwin Scott estate agents in 2009.

Carly has worked for independent and corporate estate agents for over 10 years within the South East London area and is delighted to be joining Shaun & Paul at Irwin Scott. Carly has worked many roles within the industry – from Sales & Lettings Negotiator to Senior Secretary & Property Management. Carly handles all the office administration and maintenance issues as well as being solely tasked for lettings.
